Our statement of purpose and function.
The mission of the Association is to promote excellence in
school counseling by empowering professional school counselors to meet the
needs of all Idaho's students and constituents.
The Program
Goal A:
ISCA will develop responsive programs and services that are of high
quality and designed to address current member/constituent needs.
Objective: Improve the
quality and consistency of regional activities.
Objective: Improve the
quality of the annual ISCA conference.
Goal B:
ISCA will ensure that board members are highly qualified and
experienced practitioners dedicated to furthering the profession.
Objective: Attract skilled
and motivated professional school counselors to serve in a leadership
capacity.

ISCA will strategically plan the design and delivery of its
programs and services.
