The organizational structure of ISCA not only meets national association staffing standards but includes positions that ensure effective working relationships with state education agencies. Designed to meet the professional development needs of Idaho school counselors, Association truth about abs programs and services are based on regular input from the field and approved by the Board of Directors. Furthermore, all activities are well planned and systematically evaluated to ensure that they are in-step with constituent demands.
Officers of the Idaho School Counselor Association are professional counselors who are enthusiastic advocates for children and youth, informed practitioners, life-long learners, and persons dedicated to the profession. They evidence these mobile money code qualities through planning, hosting, and participating in state and regional conferences, consulting with Dentists Las Vegas colleagues, reading professional publications, and engaging in a variety of other professional development programs. Association officers are dedicated to fiscal responsibility and are accountable to their constituents for maintaining a financially solvent operation.
Communication with Association members and other stakeholders is a high priority and carried out through a variety of setup activate profit methods including newsletters and other printed matter, electronic media, presentations, and consultations. Association officers maintain an active telephone tree through which they can be contacted in times of need.
